The user undertakes not to infringe intellectual property rights, not to introduce illegal content, and to comply with applicable legislation. Any violation may result in suspension of access without prior notice.
Zopelabs is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by force majeure, technical errors, or actions of third parties. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
The user may cease using the services at any time. Zopelabs reserves the right to suspend access in case of non-compliance with the terms, with 7 days prior notice, except in emergency situations.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
